There is a range of classes which you might like to join in.
Here is a schedule and description of the classes. There are two on
Monday, one on Tuesday and one on Friday
Monday 8.00am An easy paced workout, a little HIIT, (8 seconds
fast)followed by Chair exercises.
Monday 9.30am A more vigorous workout, more HIIT followed by exercises
lying on the Yoga mat or a chair as an alternative.
Tuesday 9.00am A vigorous workout including lots more HIIT, 8 seconds
fast, followed by exercises on the mat
Friday 8.50am A very quiet class, composed of stretching,
releasing, Yoga, Taichi, balancing and mindful relaxation
Note - Next week, as well, after each class I will schedule an additional, separate
Have-a-chat meeting with your mics open.
With all classes, during the class no one will be able to see you. I can set it up that way. I will be muting everyone's mic. To remove the extraneous noises.
Remember to work at your own pace. Because I won't be in the room with you, I cannot supervise your exercise
